A native of New Hampshire, I made Michigan my home in 1989 and launched my industrial and office real estate career in 1996. I had the pleasure to work alongside other professional real estate agents, developers and architects who helped bring together quality new developments, office suites and custom build to suit laboratories and manufacturing facilities.

In 2001, I earned my Michigan Broker License and formed K-Tech Industrial Real Estate, Inc. and continued brokering real estate until 2009. Returning to my primary interest of real estate brokerage, I established K-Tech Real Estate, LLC as the sole owner.
